We are not the biggest fans of boring, long workouts - we like things to be fun, effective and aesthetically pleasing, while achieving the best results for our body.

It is all about authenticity and human connection. Our classes are small and cozy with maximum 8 people, so we can give you that top-notch instruction based on Joseph Pilates’ six classic principles.

We keep our sessions to a snappy 50 minutes because, let's face it, who's got hours to spend working out? And forget about "beginner" or "advanced" labels - all our classes are for everyone. Our trainers will tweak things to match your level. Always remember, there's no better or worse here. Each class is a journey for everyone, and your 110% is perfect, whatever that looks like for you that day.

We do offer two exceptions:

Our ‘SWEAT’ classes, that include the unique Merrithew trampoline jumpboard as well as classic HIIT features - to leave you sweaty, exhausted and happy.

While all our classes are recommended for each gender, we will be offering specific ‘MEN ONLY’ classes, which are designed to enhance balance and flexibility while targeting those often-overlooked muscles.
