What do I need to bring to my class?

All you need is grippy socks and a bottle of water. Bring a sweat towel, if you break a sweat easily, just like us. And don’t worry if you don’t have any socks. You can either purchase them at the studio. Also: Cool towels post workout are waiting for you!

When do I need to arrive?

If it’s your first time at one10, please be there 10-15 minutes early, otherwise 5 minutes before the class are enough. However, if you are late and class has started, you will not be able to join. This is out of consideration for the instructor, other clients and your own safety.

What if I am a beginner?

Never fear! Our classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please make sure to be there 15 minutes in advance so we can introduce you to our amazing Reformers and the basics you need to know before you start this incredible journey. Our instructors will always be happy to help making it a great experience for you.

What if I need to cancel?

We all know life gets in the way. Please cancel 12 hours before your class starts, otherwise you unfortunately loose your classcredit.
Are you an unlimited member? If you cancel late twice or don’t show up twice we charge a penalty of 10 euros.

How does the waitlist work?

No worries if a class is full! You can hop on the waitlist.
If someone cancels, you'll be next in line to grab their spot. Keep an eye on your inbox—once you’re added, you’ll need to confirm your spot before it’s officially yours!

What if I am injured?

We strongly recommend speaking to your doctor or physiotherapist before taking a class with us. Also, please inform your instructor prior to the class to ensure you are not putting yourself at risk.

Is there an age limit?

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Can I shower at the studio?

Unfortunately, we do not have a shower. However, we do provide some refreshment tools in our little bathroom heaven.

Can I practise if I am pregnant?

First of all, CONGRATS! That is absolutely amazing. We strongly advise you to speak to your doctor to discuss what exercises may be suitable for you. Also, please note if you are in your second or third trimester it is not permitted to join regular classes unless prior arrangements have been made with your instructor. Please reach out to us so we can be of good service.

One last note; we wish you a cozy baby bubble and nice recovery from giving birth. Before we welcome you again in our studio you must be at least 12 weeks post-partum and in possession of a doctor's clearance to be able to join regular classes again. It is important to let your instructor know prior to the class so that any adjustments can be made beforehand.
